Management
Mike Rojas, CEO/President
Mike Rojas is a Mike of all trades. He is an engineer who can code with the best, a gamer at heart but also an inventor with more than 8 patents and over 100 communication software solutions to his name. Ayalogic (Green-Ear’s parent) is Mike’s second company, the first was a communications company of the more traditional variety, North Coast Logic- which he sold to NEC. After selling his soul, er I mean company, to NEC- Mike served as Executive Vice President of NEC America's Integrated Applications Division and served on their Business Advisory Council. Tiring once again of Corporate America, he took matters into his own hands and started Ayalogic. With a passion for creating cool stuff and making things awesome, he brought together a dynamic group of people with the same passions and interests to join his company and create several software applications- the latest of which is Green-Ear. When he’s not working he enjoys playing WOW and other online MMORPG games, racking up friends on Facebook, and spending as much time as he can with his gorgeous wife and their four boys.
Misha Khilkov, Director of Engineering
Misha Khilkov, Director of Engineering, has been in telecom software development for about 200 years. Prior to joining Ayalogic (Green-Ear) in 2003, he worked with Mike Rojas at North Coast Logic, which later became a software division of NEC. Misha loves snowboarding, playing tennis and riding bikes with his son. He also enjoys NOT mowing his lawn - his neighbor does it. Currently he has a level 108 Vicious Summoner on 2Moons - MMORPG by Acclaim.
The Rest of the Best
Megan Dillon, Administrative Coordinator
As Green-Ear’s newest member, Megan brings a variety of talents to the table. She is part sales, part marketing, part admin, all smiles. Megan joins us from where she worked before as a Sales Something or whatever, where she picked up many helpful skills such as her excellent customer service and winning smile. The newly married Megan enjoys just about everything and the happiness is really out of control. Oh, and she likes Guitar Hero.
Ted Coffman, Systems Engineer
With a lengthy background in IT, and a love for cycling, Ted is not your average cube dweller. Having written a robust video game at the age of fourteen called Cylur which is still revered by several, Ted is no stranger to the gaming industry. After years of on-call duties, Ted looked to Development as a fall-back career so he could sleep through the night once again. That very same love of sleepful nights brought him to Ayalogic, which in exchange for his IT skills, has allowed him to hone his computer programming skills and gradually develop a new career path.
